Flexi-Brick Installation. Learn how easy it is to install our thin brick veneer system.
Installation is Easy!
You already have the all the tools you need for this easy installation process.

1. Apply small amount of the Flexi-Brick™ Mortar on a clean dry surface using 3/16 serrated trowel. Always start on the top side of the wall. Work in an area 3 to 6 sq ft. at a time. Never apply Flexi-Brick™ at temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Embed the Flexi-Brick™ fully into the adhesive. Recommended joint size is 3/8" wide. Smaller joint will require more bricks. Select bricks at random from different cartons to achieve a uniform finished appearance.

3. Flexi-Brick™ can easily be cut using scissors or sharp knife.

4. Flexi-Brick™ can be applied around rounded corners and curved surfaces. Be sure to use special corner bricks for 90 degree angles.

5. Smooth the joints with a damp paintbrush. Be sure that the Flexi-Brick™ is fully embedded on all sides. Make sure that no moisture can penetrate behind already applied bricks. In the case of an exterior application the surface must be protected from rain for 5 to 7 days.

NOTE: Keep minimum distance of 6 inches between Flexi-Brick™ and heat sources (furnaces, open flames, etc.).

Tools Required: 3/16” Serrated Trowel, Tape Measure, Level, Straight Edge, Scissors or Utility Knife, Small Brush to Smooth Mortar Joints.
